What started as a one-woman show has evolved into a team of eight fabulous artists! A team of this size enables us to accommodate any sized wedding party, from a single bride to a 24- woman entourage. More artists also increases the chances someone will be available on your date.

All of our artists have been personally trained by Erin Blair Gobin on her specialized bridal artistry aesthetic and techniques.

I discovered my love for beauty while attending Texas Tech University. My FAVORITE time of the week was always the moment when my roommates would ask me to do their hair and makeup. I love the instant gratification of letting them look in the mirror and admire my work. Whenever studying would become repetitive or I was tired of waking up to go to 8am classes I would joke around about switching careers to become a hair and makeup artist! Life is entirely too short to not do what you love to do.

After I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, I worked for a few years and then decided to go for it! I enrolled in the Aveda Institute and completed my cosmetology certification, along with many hours of intense makeup lessons at the Terri Tomlinson Makeup Academy. I cut and color hair in my own studio in Carollton, Texas during the week and on weekends I join Erin Blair Makeup and Hair Design for wedding hair and makeup. If I had a bride to doll up every day of the week, I would in a heartbeat! I am beyond blessed to LOVE what I do everyday and I can’t wait to help my next bride achieve her desired wedding day

My mom wasn't really the girly type growing up, but that didn't stop me from developing a love for all things beauty! I picked up hair and makeup tips from the girls at school and practiced them on my two younger sisters at home. I later moved to Fort Worth, TX working as an accountant and receptionist for Marriott International. Customer service was my nitch. I was great with people and meeting new faces always seemed to brighten my day. After developing a shopping addiction in the cosmetics department, I began to notice I truly had a passion for something else as well! So as I was working full time, I decided to enroll in Ogle Hair Skin and Nails while also applying for a receptionist position at M and Co Salon. After somehow finding time to date in my super busy schedule and later planning a wedding, I wanted to test the waters before my big day. I hired Erin for her beauty expertise as I had a Christmas party to attend to. As she was pampering me with her services I found myself intrigued with what she was doing and asking lots of questions. I simply fell in love with her career choice. With my cosmetology background and an opportunity that later arose with Erin's team, I am blessed to be doing what I absolutely love. A tear-filled groom seeing his bride for the first time is what truly touches my heart in a way that's hard to describe. It's a picture perfect moment that they will forever get to cherish. The absolute perfect ending to any day!!

With degrees in criminal justice and arts (I loved both so much), I have also been classically trained in all aspects of beauty makeup and special FX. I have done everything from autopsy photos on the TV show "Dallas" to competing in national Bodypaint competitions and I have loved every minute of it! When Erin asked me to be on her team I jumped at the chance to work with such talented and amazing artists. Makeup is a wonderful thing that is different with every gorgeous face that gets into my chair. You never know where it will take you and who youwill meet. I can truly say I'm getting to work my dream job and it is the greatest. I can't wait to pick up those brushes!
