Meet the Erin Blair team.

I’ve always had a passion for design and creativity. In a previous life, I worked in marketing and graphic design. But as fate would have it, a makeup artist friend invited me to learn some simple techniques and assist her on a job. What I quickly realized was that makeup artistry, much like graphic design, requires an eye for color, balance, proportion, contrast, and focal points. These principles came naturally to me, and I was hooked.

What began as a side hustle quickly grew into a full-time career. Over the years, I’ve trained with some of the most renowned artists in the world, and I’ve assembled an elite team of professionals to meet the needs of my clients when I’m unavailable. Each artist has been carefully vetted, hand-selected, and personally trained by me in my signature aesthetic and specialized techniques.

Of all the elements that go into creating a beautiful wedding, we truly believe our work is one of the most important. After all, the bride is the centerpiece of the entire affair! We live for those “gasp!” moments when the bride sees herself for the first time as a bride — especially when those gasps are followed by happy, overwhelmed tears.
