Meet the Erin Blair team.

I've always had a passion for design and creative thinking. In a previous life, I had a career in marketing and graphic design. But as fate would have it, a makeup artist friend of mine asked if I'd be interested in learning some simple techniques and becoming her assistant. Lo and behold, the principles of makeup artistry were really no different than graphic arts, and I picked up the skills very quickly. My understanding of color, balance, proportion, contrast, and focal points... in other words my EYE for beauty - is what makes me great at what I do. My “side hustle” as a makeup artist grew bigger and bigger every year, and I eventually left my corporate America marketing career behind to solely focus on my hair and makeup business.

Not only have I broadened my skillset, having trained with some of the most renowned artists in the world, but I've also assembled an elite team of professionals to work along side me and to meet the needs of my clients when I can't be available. Each artist has been thoroughly vetted - hand-selected and personally trained by me in the my signature esthetic and specialized techniques.

Of all the elements that go into designing a beautiful wedding, we truly believe that ours is one of the most important. After all, the bride is the centerpiece of the whole affair! IWe live for those "gasp!" moments when the bride sees herself as a bride for the first time, especially when those gasps are followed by happy, overwhelmed tears. We believe a woman’s true beauty comes from within, and I get a great sense of satisfaction from helping women bring that beauty to the surface.
